High praise

You won’t find a more dedicated and versatile designer than Sarah. She not only knows how to ask the right questions, but she’ll also go three steps further to research possible answers, test them out herself, and then present her thoughtful recommendation with several alternatives. Sarah is thorough and empathetic, and can make you laugh in a Slack thread just when you need it most. She would be an invaluable addition to any driven, down-to-earth team.
– Brandon Powell, Senior Visual Designer, Design Systems @ Reforge

On top of all the technical things that make Sarah a great design partner, I never saw her get frustrated or negative in situations where someone else easily could have. She has an ability to stay the course and communicate with the necessary partners to move projects forward. This collaborative spirit that is quick to ask “Why?” and talk something out (instead of playing the blame game) makes her a real team asset.
– Justin Thrift, Senior Visual Designer @ Reforge

The latest documentation and plans have blown me away. You've done such a careful and thorough job, making sure each thing you touched was left better than you found it.
– Michael Smith, Design Lead @ Reforge

Sarah takes tremendous care and pride in her work. She regularly offers recommendations and ways to improve our processes. She is not satisfied with the status quo, and I absolutely applaud that. She is a consistently high performer, aiming for high quality, efficiency, and adaptation to user needs.
— Leslie McGee, Senior Editorial Manager @ Oncology Nursing Society
